A warm welcome to our 130-year-old half-timbered house at the foot of the Wartburg Castle! Once used as a smithy, it now offers a family-friendly holiday apartment with a full range of amenities. It is centrally located in Eisenach, with short distances to the town centre, shopping facilities, tourist attractions and the unique natural beauty of the Thuringian Forest! Our children's room is located directly above the holiday apartment. We do our best, but some noise may still be audible.

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city park, the Orangery and the center of Gotha. Just like the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum is all within minutes walking. It has a separate entrance only for our guests. Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
