Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafés and restaurants. In the local recreation area there is also the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Walk the geo hiking trail from Östrigen, 15-20 minutes, or enjoy wine hiking trails of the individual villages. In Malsch there is a petting zoo.

The house is located in the beautiful Southern Palatinate in Hagenbach, right in the border triangle, to Baden and Alsace. It is equipped with three bedrooms, a living room with a beautiful tiled stove and large conservatory, a guest toilet and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a party room with a bar, billiard table and small lounge for social evenings. Outside, there is a sauna at your disposal. The energy cost flat rate for use per day is €20.
