It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtentaler Allee. Bus stop 1 minute. Downtown is a 12-minute walk. It is located on the 3rd floor in the back of the building, very quiet location overlooking the countryside with balcony, parquet floor, high-speed Internet, Bluetooth speakers. No pets allowed Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of €3.80 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.
