Holiday rentals with breakfast in Baden District

We stayed two nights in the apartment. I was particularly impressed by the good amenities, it was really everything you could need. Very cozy layout. A little too much decoration for my taste, but that also makes it personal on the other side. Our contact with Nadja was super straightforward. If we are in the area again, happy to come again!

Incredible place! Konstanze gave me a really warm welcome and I felt right at home. I had a whole floor by myself fully packed with everything I needed. You can be in Vienna from there in about 30-40 minutes via 2 transportation transfers so it’s convenient if you want to visit the city. Would highly recommend!

The Box 58 is better than described from my point of view. You immediately feel comfortable, as everything is very tasteful and practical. The outdoor area with the small terrace is very cozy and when it gets cold, a heater screen helps. The situation was very good for me due to the tranquility. Communication was as it should be. I would love to come back.

Very comfortable place, very clean and in the best location in the city center.

It was a little like staying in a shared apartment with acquaintances. Klaus was usually in the kitchen in the evening and we had a good conversation. Klaus even allowed me to come by from the night train right in the morning and leave my luggage. All in all, a very cozy place to stay that I like to come back to.

The place is wonderful, so beautiful apartment and has everything you want and need. The location is perfect, the host is great, very friendly and responsive. We had a magnificent holiday stay and will definitely come back.

The listing is compliant with the photos. It is ideal for its location on the other hand not go there if you are looking for comfort because not there is not. The host is very responsive and check-in and check-out is flexible.

A very nice outside space is giving you the feeling of endless summer. Very nice place to relax.

Really nice and spacious apartment with clear instructions on how you can find your way in the accommodation. The matras was a bit hard, but all the other utilities were in order. It was also nice to have a 'real' airB&B instead of one that's run by an organisation.

It was a wonderful stay in Stefanie‘s apartment. She is a very nice and courteous host. I can definitely recommend her and the apartment.

+ Clean and spacious flat, can recommend. A lot of towels, clean sheets, good kitchen. Easy to find and get in. - They want 200€ caution payment beforehand, in case you damage the flat. Also they have like 80€ fine for not cleaning the kitchen which I dont feel is fair since you pay the cleaning fee through airbnb.

The room is new, clean and well equipped, the place is centrally located and you can start a lot of activities from there and get great tips from the hosts. Breakfast has been delicious and fresh...great quality. We were very happy there and felt comfortable.

Unfortunately, we only had one night because of our trip planning. The room - overlooking the Danube - and the bathroom are very modernly furnished and everything is clean. Jessica is a host with heart and prepared us a very nice breakfast.

Jeff is an amazing person and his apartment is gorgeous, large, full of paintings and huge room flowers. although the apartment is in the center, it was very quiet to sleep; in the morning we even heard birds singing in the trees in the courtyard. Somehow the whole family loved the breakfast Jeff prepared for us. if you are going to Vienna and hotels will discourage you with the price, Jeff offers a fantastic accommodation in an originally furnished apartment. I really recommend it.

Very good concept with beautiful rooms and great living room/living room/kitchen in the attic, where also the great breakfast takes place. Vegan people were also very well taken care of. Everything is very tasteful and cozy. Location is great, you can both park well and use public transport. Nadine is a great host, very eager and always easily accessible. We will definitely come back!
