Cozy apartment with separate kitchen in Starnberg for a maximum of 2 people. My house is in a quiet location in a private street. The apartment is bright and cozy on the 2nd floor of my semi-detached house with a view of the countryside. The Starnberg-Nord S-Bahn station (650 m away), several supermarkets (including organic), bakeries and other shops can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Lake Starnberg and Starnberg city centre are a 15-minute walk away, where there are many restaurants.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood of Grünwald near the Grünwald Forest. It can be reached via the shared entrance via a separate staircase to the upper floor. The town center is within walking distance in approx. 10 minutes. By tram line 25 from Derbolfinger Platz, you can reach the center of Munich in half an hour. Alternatively, you can also use the nearby S-Bahn station Furth (5 minutes by car).

It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. Our wooden house was completed in the summer of 2021. The natural material wood is not only in the facade, on the floor or on the ceiling, wood swirls around you with the great smell and a great feeling of living. It was built in a passive house manner, i.e. in summer the thick walls keep the heat out and in winter it is nice and warm. Come in and take a deep breath in this quiet location.
