Large, fully equipped dream house with 8 rooms in a safe and quiet villa area near Munich. Munich Central Station, the Oktoberfest, and Munich city centre are 15 minutes away. The garden is very large and fully equipped with a barbecue, lounge furniture and a hot tub. Sauna. A bouncy castle for children can be booked on request. Supermarket, bakery, S-Bahn train station, playgrounds and the city park are all a 5-minute walk away. Lake Starnberg is 15 minutes away – sauna and hot tub available for a small extra charge (electricity costs).

Free parking is available in front of the house. The subway is about a 9-minute walk away. A place of well-being. Only the rooms described are offered, all others are not.

Boat jetty, beach and of course the Ammersee are within walking distance of 10 minutes from the farm. 2 restaurants are in the immediate vicinity in the village. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside the front door. E-charging point at the estate.
