This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Our apartment EARTH has been renovated. We have decorated it with all our love, leaving it as if it were for us to live. It has everything you need to feel at home: smart TV, 500Mbs wifi, the mattresses are new, air conditioning and fans in the rooms. And it has a small Andalusian patio with pots to brighten the view. The apartment is on a ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb. It has two double bedrooms, one with a bed of 160 x 200 cm and the other with two beds of 90 x 200 cm (which are joined to make a bed of 180 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have access to the bathroom and look at the small Andalusian patio. It has a spacious living room with a sofa with chaise longe, a 40 "smart TV, high speed internet (500Mbs). Next door is the fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, toaster, kettle, blender, coffee maker, etc.), and a dining table for four. It has an air conditioning / heater in the living room, and each room has a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a spacious shower tray. Everything is completely new, everything is to be released.
