Quiet, green and central living in the Zechenhaus

Experience Ruhr Valley flair in a "mining house." It was built in 1912 and lovingly renovated. Old elements, such as plank flooring and coffered doors, are still present and offer wonderful old-building charm. Other elements, such as the roof and windows, were renovated and the walls were insulated. I bought this house in 2020 and grew up in the house next door.
