Holiday rentals with a patio in Balearic Islands

The view was even better then the photos. The house was perfectly located as a peaceful home base on menorca, very comfortable for two, and communication was very clear. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment immensely! Very lovingly furnished, plenty of space, cozy and sufficiently equipped. The sea can be reached very quickly and you can start great hikes from the apartment. Virginie is a great host - we will definitely be back!

Antonia’s place is wonderful and the perfect place for discovering that part of the island while enjoying the relaxing vibe of Port de Pollença. Very spacious flat with everything you need. We loved it and can’t wait to be back Thank you!

We felt very comfortable. The place is exactly as described, very clean and we immediately felt at home. Highlight is the large balcony including roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea (sea only from the very top) The bed is very cozy and the apartment has top amenities. The water pressure and temperature are also top notch. We would come back anytime :) Definitely recommend!

Beautiful place & really helpful hosts. We were greeted with an exceptional “gift basket” of food & beverages! The place felt very prívate & they were welcoming with my doggie. 100% recommended!

We came as a couple with a 9-month-old baby, and had a great vacation! The accommodation is as described, the place is clean and well decorated. It is also VERY well equipped, nothing is missing (utensils and kitchen appliances, beach equipment, baby chair and crib, storage cupboards etc...). It is also in a good location in the village, everything is within walking distance and the beach is close. But what caught my attention the most was Ivàn's sympathy! He is a thoughtful host, very responsive to any questions, and very friendly in his messages. I highly recommend it! PS: thanks for the gift 🤩

We had a fantastic stay at Miquel’s place! The house is perfectly located—just 10 minutes from the center of Palma, making it super convenient while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The garden is absolutely beautiful and adds to the calm, relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. Miquel was a great host—he provided clear instructions, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. My friends and I had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

Nice stay, the house complied with everything I said, great for barbecues and enjoying the pool and with all kinds of equipment for cooking and sleeping.

A great stay at Antonio's house. Very nice services, beautiful decoration, all the comforts to have a great time. The terrace is lovely. The village is very well located to discover the island by car.

Bernart’s place is very well located with some nice restaurants and walks nearby. Good base to explore surrounding areas. Very fast and helpful communication and we felt home from the first moment on in this nice place.

Maria Teresa's place is really cozy and very clean, we immediately felt comfortable. She was a kind and helpful host, always ready to help out if anything needed. The only thing less comfortable is the location, a little out of the way, but with a rental car it resolves without problems. The tranquility of the place still pays off the distance. We only report one small problem: there is a hole in the bathroom on the ground floor from which some insects come up. Nothing dramatic, but it would be helpful to fix it. Overall, a pleasant stay that we recommend!

A beautiful stay amidst a citrus grove everything was tranquil and peaceful. Biel and Fabienne provided helpful instructions for accessing the property which is nicely located only a few minutes walk from the main center of Sóller. Great stay and location!

One week at the end of March, weather permeated and seasonally, in Cala en Porter 1 rest. open, shopping on site, offer OK including fresh vegetables, meat, drinks, etc. - the apartment is perfect as a base for exploring the island and all the sights, also offers any necessary comfort for 1, resp. 2 persons - for more people possibly too small.

Stay in early October. One of the best homes we booked on Airbnb in a quiet and pleasant area this season. Perfect apartment, we were fine. Nice pool for those who want to swim laps, only a few people. Easy street parking. Restaurants and supermarkets are a 5-minute walk. Beach within 10 minutes. Comfortable beds. I was allowed to stay with my family for 8 nights in Pedro's Apartment. The location is great, close to the beach and the sea, but close to the restaurants and there is a supermarket about 200 meters away. The apartment has 2 pleasant balconies, 1 at the front, during the day with shade and 1 at the back where the sun is all day. The apartment is fully equipped, everything we needed was present. But the most fantastic thing about the apartment was Pedro, Pedro is a great host who goes above and beyond to let his guests enjoy beautiful Mallorca.

Everything went really well. Nacho and Leticia were very attentive to make sure everything was fine, from before our arrival to check-out. Friendly at all times and willing to help if we needed anything. The house was perfect, everything was clean, tidy, and it is located in a fantastic place to be able to see the sunset and be at peace. A 10/10!

The accommodation is located in a residential area but it is very quiet, 3 minutes from Arenal beach and 3 minutes from the mountain where you can make hiking trails while enjoying the views towards the sea and nature... there are wild goats in the area always, it is a spectacle. Also, there are several supermarkets nearby and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend it if you want to disconnect and relax.

It was just fine to stay at Maxim's apartment. His son Akim showed us the apartment and gave us helpful information for our first day in Alcudia. Heating was still needed, and it worked fine. We can recommend this apartment and might visit again.

We spent February completely in Menorca. It was really a little paradise. The place is decorated with love and there is everything you need for a short or long stay. The surroundings are beautiful and pleasantly quiet in February. We enjoyed the time very much. Judith is a wonderful host. We had a lot of contact. She always asked us how we were doing and gave us many valuable tips. A lovely person. We highly recommend the place. 🥰
