Precioso apartamento muy íntimo , con acabados de calidad, bonita decoración y muebles y carpintería de madera de pino. Está a 5 minutos de la playa de Cala Galdana, una de las mejor valoradas de Menorca, por donde se inicia el "Camí de Cavalls" en el tramo que conduce a las playas vírgenes de Cala Mitjana y Trebaluger. Está en una zona tranquila, enfrente del hotel Meliá Galdana. Situado sobre otro inmueble "Villa Can Guel" y adosado a otra casa. Aparcamiento privado. NO dispone de piscina.

Luminovo studio en atico con terraza vista al mar, el apartamento dispone de terraza privada con tumbonas, mesa y sillas de uso exclusivo. en el interor la cama es de 160x 200 con colchon de latex el televisor es smart tv de 50 pulgadas esta situado en el centro del puerto a 15 metros de la playa y a 0 de restaurantes y cafeterias. el supermercado mas proximo esta a 100 metros, la parada de taxi a 150 y la estacion de autobus a 200. o 50 metros de parada autobus del aeropuerto.

"Ses Ones" is an exceptional house located on the first line of the sea overlooking the bay of Pollensa. The house is located in a residential area called El Barcarés de Alcúdia. It is an area well known for its tranquility and its proximity to the town of Alcudia (1 Km.) In this walled village with a lot of history we can find all the necessary services: Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies and there are also 2 weekly markets with typical products of the island of Mallorca.

Ideally located next to the ancient Roman villa of Pollença, fifteen minutes from the center and five of several restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Great for couples who don't want to drive on vacation. Bus stop 100 meters away, popular and quality restaurants 2 and/or five minutes walk. A 15-minute walk from the town center 5 km from beautiful beaches. It has an exquisite garden with lawn and fruit trees and a beautiful 10 x 3 meter pool
