Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ballan-Miré

Agnes is a very pleasant and very responsive host, with whom it is easy to communicate with. We felt really good in his house where we had a family Christmas and were waiting for us with many small touches. Thank you Agnes for all these warm gestures.

We just spent a few days of rest and beautiful visits at Grégoire's a very welcoming and available host. We particularly enjoyed the private tour of the chatelet thank you very much as well as the proximity of many castles. Recommended!

Spent a beautiful week after Christmas with my family. Was a perfect farm stay, quiet and picturesque, lots of walks, sitting by the fire reading and cooking. All amenities well provided, had raclette on NYE. An amazing stay.

Our stay was beautiful, the cottage is a bit remote, but that makes it very quiet. They are 2 cottages side by side. The 2nd cottage was empty for half of our stay. At the cottage is a beautiful garden where you can sit. The facilities in the cottage are very nice and of high quality. The wood stove with the cozy bench make it a nice place for a stay with 2 people. The space is bigger and nicer than we expected from the photos. Since we were the 2nd people who stayed here (according to AirBnB data), everything was still very new and tidy. The upstairs bedroom has its own toilet and sink and even a bath in the room! There is a nice terrace to eat outside. The car can be parked on private property, along with the car of the 2nd cottage. Only downside, the bathroom (on the ground floor) is a bit difficult to ventilate and that can create a bit of musty air.

Celine's house is a haven of peace, it smells good, a nice patio well fleury or ,when Celine welcomed us we had a glass of lemon tea "house" Celine we told Tours and its best places, restaurants etc. It's true that the historic center of Tours is a little far on foot but we had no trouble parking. We really enjoyed Celine's place, her paintings and the vibe! The bedding is very comfortable and everything is discreet.

Visiting Tours to see our student daughter, ideal location (even more so compared to our daughter's), many things can be done on foot. Bord de Loire just next door, it must be very pleasant for walks when the weather is nice!. The Parking bonus is a real plus. Very nice layout of the accommodation.

The apartment is beautiful and full of light. Very comfortable and close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. I stayed for 3 months while doing a language course and appreciated that the photos were accurate. The decor was lovely. Sylvie was responsive and friendly.

Beautiful and peaceful stay in the center of Tours. The space was clean, large and filled with all the amenities you could dream of after a long day out exploring. Extremely walkable and providing parking was an extra perk. Really enjoyed our time here after spending the day visiting chateaus.

The apartment was spotless—truly cleaner than some five-star hotels I’ve stayed in. The neighborhood is ideal: peaceful, charming, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The amenities provided were of excellent quality, and everything was designed with comfort in mind. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Totally worth the price, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I return to Tours. Highly recommended!

The weather wasn't on our side for this family weekend, but the warm atmosphere of Betty's home allowed us to have a great time.

We had a great time with the family in this beautiful cottage - from seniors to children - everything is thought out to make everyone feel comfortable there. We appreciated the cottage as described but also the environment - the lake tour or the shopping on foot - and particularly the welcome of Nadine and Jean-Marie very attentive to their hosts.

Completely atypical house and tastefully decorated in a style mixing the rustic of the farmhouse and contemporary works and designs. The garden is large, quiet and well protected. We had a very quiet week as we wanted with a visit to the castles of the Loire Valley nearby, restaurants following the informed advice of our hosts, when we did not want to cook. A big thank you to them for their kindness and hospitality.

Perfect stay in a very nice cottage where everything is superbly thought out and the decoration is done with great taste. Very clean accommodation and really very nice owner. The fireplace and jacuzzi were really a plus in this cottage close to perfection. Already want to go back...
