We are a short ride from the Capitol, the Mall and the White House, in a leafy area that is central but discreetly set away from the hubbub of downtown. Pleasant, Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights and Cleveland Park. The apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, smart TV and cable and wifi. Afternoon sun, chirping birds and roaring lions are free!

Experience DC by staying in this 100-year old row house, in the heart of Columbia Heights! Ask me about my famous waffles! 15-min walk away from the Metro stops (Columbia Heights or Shaw). The house has the basics, and is clean, with a comfy foam queen bed and a couch. It is about a mile and a half from Dupont Circle, 10 blocks from the Zoo, 2 miles from the White House and all the museums on the National Mall. We are in an urban neighborhood, this place is not for light sleepers

Tl;dr: this is a private ground-level guest suite with 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk (optional standing desk), 1 kitchen with oven, dishwasher + Nespresso/pour over, 2 tvs, laundry room with washer/dryer, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor.
