What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

FIVE STARS! Beautiful and spotless townhome in the center of Washington DC! Very close to the convention center and easy to get to the national museums. Excellent host — will stay here again!

I had the pleasure of staying in a lovely three-story townhouse in Dupont Circle, in the upper teens near S Street. Fantastic neighborhood. Vibrant yet peaceful, charming streets, terrific bars and restaurants, and easy access to downtown. I'm a native New Yorker, and Dupont is better than NYC. Think the Village + UWS + Brooklyn Heights, but better. The home is a gem, blending historic charm with modern luxury. Three huge bedrooms, two and a half baths, with a lovely rooftop deck, it provided the perfect backdrop for a comfortable and memorable stay. Every detail of the house is thoughtfully and beautifully designed. Equally impressive was the service provided by the hosts. They were attentive, responsive, and made everything about the experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. First class all the way. You could not ask for more. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay in the District. I didn't want to leave!

Great place to stay!! Easy walk to the capital. The little park across the street made a fun place for kids to run around. I would recommend this place.

The house was stunning and somehow even better in person!! There was so much space for our group to hang out together and for people to have some space to themselves. Everything was beautiful clean and well designed. Kitchen was fully stocked. And we loved hanging out on the deck! Beautiful views and comfortable seating. All in all a perfect stay!

Spacious, comfortable, clean home in Glen Dale…perfect for our family gathering…Lots of common area seating…enjoyed local takeout at the large dining room table. Home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Arlette Vanessa was very responsive…we had a few questions which were immediately addressed.

One of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in. Lots of nice touches like the disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste if you forgot yours, all shampoo and soap provided, white noise machines in every bedroom, blackout curtains for all bedrooms, lots of cooking supplies. The kids loved the playroom in the basement and the provided crib was really nice as well. The location was really peaceful with ocean views and a nice breeze. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

It was a beautiful townhouse that has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms; well-stocked and nice kitchen; very quiet at night; easy to find. Our family had a wonderful stay 👍✅

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home located in a very serene peaceful neighborhood. Enough space for everyone to feel at home and very well maintained. Lots of stairs, as the listing states, but that was not an issue for us but is something to note. Games were available and a the garden was amazing to relax and let the kids play. We would definitely stay at Jon's place again! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and in the perfect location, we walked to parks and to pick up bagels. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we could possibly need. Everyone felt immediately at home and comfortable.

Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

House owners were extremely responsive and informative. House was well stocked , and a great location and view made the stay even better.

Katie’s place was a wonderful place for a weekend reunion with friends. The house was clean, comfortable and pretty - exactly as advertised and as shown in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The outdoor garden and pool were lovely and had lots of comfortable seating areas. The house was an easy drive to Annapolis for restaurants and shopping but had a great movie watching set up that would be great for a rainy day. Nearby nice grocery store.

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

We had a wondferful time with extended family at this beautiful spot where you're surrounded by nature and expansive views from inside and outside the house. The views of the water and sunsets are breathtaking. The house has everything needed to cook family meals and share a comfortable and revitalizing time.

We had a great weekend! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The house itself was well-stocked, clean, and thoughtfully organized—perfect for relaxing with a small family group. We especially enjoyed winding down in the cozy living room and falling asleep to a movie after a fun day out. Would absolutely stay here again!
