A beautiful, new vacation home, (approx. 100 m²) 3 bedrooms/ 6 sleeping places directly on the shore of Lake Garda, located between Bardolino and Lazise, with private jetty. The new construction of the house was completed in the spring of 2023. The impressive outdoor terrace has a direct lake view, as does the living/dining room. The jetty is for the exclusive, private use of our guests. Lazise is within walking distance along the lake (car-free) in 10-12 minutes.

The swimming pool, open from May to September, is a condominium and is 300 meters from the house. It can be accessed during the following hours: from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Guests are reminded that there is a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night, which must be paid on site upon arrival.
