Our cozy, quiet 1-room apartment is located in the district of Bockelsberg close to the center. It offers the ideal combination of relaxation in the city and the nature. Downtown can be reached in just under 10 minutes by bike. University, bus connection, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are only 5 minutes away (on foot). The newly expanded apartment is entered through a separate entrance. It can accommodate 2 guests, has a living/sleeping room, a pantry kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower. A storage facility for bicycles/e-bikes is available.

Eine weitere Person, bzw. zwei Kinder können auf einem Schlafsofa (120x200cm) untergebracht werden. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.
