My Cute Little House

Set in the heart of Verteuil a petite citie de caractere in the Charente we welcome you to Ma jolie petite maison, a one double bedroomed gite that sleeps 4. The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

La Maison du Passeur Gîte

Close to Circuit du Val de Vienne, this well-equipped, historic cottage in a quiet location for up to six guests has views over the river and countryside. Three bedrooms - a large master and two further adjoining rooms - plus a sofa bed in the living room. Please note, there are some low doorways and internal steps. Availles-Limouzine, a charming village on the Vienne river, has a bakery, a butcher, a general store and a weekly market. You will also find several restaurants and cafe/bars.

The Country House

Single-storey house of 87 square metres between Angoulême and Poitiers. In a rural setting, the house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It consists of three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The living room, bright, consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It's connected to the fiber. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden and a garage available. Everything to enjoy and safety.
