we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Am Meer seid ihr in 45 Min mit dem Rad und in 15 Min mit dem Auto. Fahrzeit Fähre vom Hafen Barth nach Zingst ca 45 Min.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people, located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and sauna. In the upper part is the living-bedroom with a wooden beamed ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed ( about 80x190cm).
