The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

Enjoy a break with friends or family in this noble place. Manor house with plenty of space in stately rooms. On the first floor, you have an exclusive 100 m² fireplace room with a country kitchen. On the 2nd floor, there are 6 bedrooms with new box-spring beds and en-suite bathrooms, which can be reached via a small staircase from the fireplace room or via the main staircase. In the manor house, there is also a small restaurant "Hofküche" on the first floor.

From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house is the bike path towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.
