Newly built, accessible holiday home measuring 60 m² with a large kitchen-diner, terrace, bedroom, children's room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The single-storey house is wheelchair accessible and particularly ideal for senior citizens, guests with a walker or people with reduced mobility. Children are welcome. There is a park opposite and a basketball court nearby. A quiet location, a cosy atmosphere and plenty of comfort to make you feel at ease. The outdoor area is still being completed.

Oldest house in Quentel From "Schniede Hans Hus", as our house was called around 1521, today a cozy 114 m² vacation home with three bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, a bathroom with shower and bathtub for our guests has been created. Free Wi-Fi and parking right in front of the house are just as much a part of our offer as a terrace with a BBQ and garden. Hessisch Lichtenau with its shopping facilities is also only 5 minutes by car from Quentel.

Our charming half-timbered house has two bedrooms, a small bathroom, a kitchen with sitting area and a living room. On the first floor there is a bedroom and the bathroom. Via the stairs in the hallway you reach the 2nd floor the living room with access to the kitchen. Another flight of stairs in the living room leads you to the open gallery as a second sleeping area. Please note that the cottage is not childproof due to the many stairs! Our basement has space for bicycles.

The parking directly in front of the property is also practical. A supermarket is only 5 minutes away by car. The zoo and a thermal spa are each only about 30 minutes away. The documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the VW plant in Baunatal is only 15 minutes away by car.

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.
