Half-timbered house

Our charming half-timbered house has two bedrooms, a small bathroom, a kitchen with sitting area and a living room. On the first floor there is a bedroom and the bathroom. Via the stairs in the hallway you reach the 2nd floor the living room with access to the kitchen. Another flight of stairs in the living room leads you to the open gallery as a second sleeping area. Please note that the cottage is not childproof due to the many stairs! Our basement has space for bicycles.

Vacation home/separate entrance/shared garden use

Rent our approx. 50 m² basement apartment with separate entrance, shared garden & 2 lockable rooms. The entrance room is equipped with a double bed, chest of drawers, 1 armchair & TV. The hallway leads to the lockable kitchen-living room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Senseo, sofa bed for 2 people, table with 4 chairs. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub. The apartment is in a 2-family house with 3 cats.

Vacation home “alte Feuerwehr“

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

In the immediate vicinity is a bus stop as well as a connection to the A49 motorway. Our cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to various leisure activities, such as hiking and biking trails, lakes and cultural attractions.

The small forest villa is in the heart of Kassel the Habichtswald. With its unique secluded location, the small two-toor house from 1900 has its very special flair. Whether in summer or winter, the cozy house with a plot size of 4000 sqm offers a wonderful way to relax in the middle of the forest. The house has three floors and has 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with fireplace. In the terrace you can relax. Please note that our house is a non-smoking house.

Small cottage on one level in the garden of our farm. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, etc. In the living-bedroom there is a couch, a dining table, TV and a wood-burning stove for cold winter days and a bathroom with shower. Furthermore, we have here a bed (160 × 200).
