Architects and local craftsmen planned and built it between July 2023 and October 2024. The heat comes from the ground and the electricity from the roof. The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.
