Greetings from Casa Luigi! Our cosy ground floor apartment is situated in a recently renovated house right in Baveno's historic centre. It offers a nice view of the lake and is surrounded by all the services that the city could offer: public parking, public transport, bars, restaurants, lakefront, a tourist information centre nearby, and two delicious grocery stores in case you don't feel like cooking or going to a restaurant! Loading/unloading with the car in front of the property is possible.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The apartment is located on the lakefront, in the center of the village, with a wonderful view from the balcony overlooking the Borromeo Gulf. We provide our guests with free bicycles (city bikes and mountain bikes, also for children). In the apartment, our animal friends are considered special guests and are very welcome. In front of the house there are piers for docking boats and the beach, where in July for 10 days there is a big party for tourists.

Just 45 minutes by car from Malpensa Airport, an excellent location for visiting Stresa, the Islands, and the lake area.

Apartment located on the first floor consisting of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and balcony overlooking the courtyard ( no lake view). If you want you can add a camping cot for small children. Small or medium sized dogs are allowed.
