Greetings from Casa Luigi! Our cosy ground floor apartment is situated in a recently renovated house right in Baveno's historic centre. It offers a nice view of the lake and is surrounded by all the services that the city could offer: public parking, public transport, bars, restaurants, lakefront, a tourist information centre nearby, and two delicious grocery stores in case you don't feel like cooking or going to a restaurant! Loading/unloading with the car in front of the property is possible.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Dal balcone si gode di una splendida vista lago.Situato all'interno del parco di una proprietà con villa d'epoca in stile liberty, piscina stagionale (04/25 - 30/09/25) con vista lago e sulle isole Borromeo. Parcheggio privato.

La Caramella

L'appartamento è situato sul lungolago, al centro del paese, con una stupenda vista dal balcone sul golfo Borromeo. Mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti gratuitamente delle biciclette (city bike e mountain bike, anche per ragazzi). Nell'appartamento i nostri amici animali sono considerati ospiti speciali e molto graditi. Di fronte alla casa vi sono pontili per l'attracco delle imbarcazioni e la spiaggia, dove a luglio per 10 giorni si svolge una grande festa per turisti.

Renovated in Scandinavian style, it has a spacious open-plan area (living, dining, kitchen), three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one is 0.80 sqm), a balcony, and a large terrace. This is my home, filled with my original artworks. As an artist, I prioritize ecology and recycling. Free parking is available. It is the ideal place for those who want to explore the area or relax.

Villette Fico on Lago Maggiore, Oggebbio

Cosy Cottage for a couple on a romantic trip or the perfect family accommodation. There is a large garden with fruit trees and flowers. Free parking. Near shops include a pharmacy, post office, cafe and pizzeria/trattoria The beach is within walking distance. All rooms with balcony and a unlimited and breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The Villa is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable stay.

Casa Verbena

"... se non son matti, non li vogliamo...". Ci troviamo in una via remota e tranquilla della Frazione Mombello di Laveno, a 3 Km dal lago, ma lo dominiamo dalla collina con una bellissima vista. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente. Dal 1 di aprile 2023 è entrata in vigore " la tassa di soggiorno". Il costo è di euro 1,50 (a notte, per persona) per un massimo di 7 giorni. Sono esclusi i minori di 14 anni.

Appartamento intero localizzato centro Baveno, a 100 mt dal lago e dai servizi di prima necessità, compreso gli ampi parcheggi in zona stazione. Appartamento situato al primo piano composto da camera da letto, bagno, cucina, soggiorno con divano letto e balcone che da sul cortile ( no vista lago). Volendo si può aggiungere un lettino da campeggio per bambini piccoli. I cani di piccola o media taglia sono ammessi.
