Great family vacation. Clean and pleasant accommodation. Safety for children. Pleasant garden with beautiful pool. Ideally located close to beach and shops. Jose Luis is nice and always available as needed. Everything is there, I would recommend it.

Spectacular!! It's awesome, better in person than in pictures and that in pictures already impresses. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated, very clean and new everything. A big TV and you can also get the car inside! It has 2 patios and a roof. Jan helps you with everything and is super friendly! The center is 10 minutes and the beach 15 minutes walk, the day supermarket is right behind the house and a low cost gas station and also the Mercadona 10 min walk… I will be back without hesitation!!!

A very quiet place. The beds in the house are very comfortable and everything is clean. Antonio and Fátima are very nice people and have been on the lookout. For putting a little stick, I think some kitchenware is missing (wooden spoons for cooking and some large saw knife) and we couldn't get the hot tub to work. Usually, everything is pretty good. If we return to the area, we will have Antonio and Fátima's house to stay.

The house in general is very good, just like what you see in the photos, very well equipped and clean. The only catch would be the extra beds in the living room that do not rest well but otherwise great. The amazing pool part.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa! Had everything we needed! All the staff were super friendly and helpful, special thanks to Joaquin the gardener! The area was lovely and quiet but also quite secluded so you will need a car! Highly recommended the local restaurant just outside the golf resort for great food! Will definitely be returning soon!

We were a group of 6 friends over the weekend and had a great time. The house is very well equipped, in a quiet but well-connected area. Ralf and Jasmin were very friendly the whole time

Everything was excellent, quiet area and very clean house with everything you need, well maybe a juice juicer was missing, but I made up for it with a source for cold and hot water, but everything else to perfection, we will repeat for sure

Raúl's place is great for a holiday, the bedroom is spacious, the mattress is very comfortable, the terrace is spectacular, the kitchen is very spacious with all the essentials and outstanding cleanliness, the accommodation is located about 7 minutes from the beach walking, you can park in the surroundings and a public parking is also available a 5 minute walk away, right next to this parking is the beach. The landlord Raúl was very kind and attentive from the first moment in case we needed anything, he gave us a list of places of interest in the area very recommended. We will repeat when we have the chance I try to be excellent and a superb stay, you can't ask for more.

Staying at this vacation home was great! The house is lovingly decorated, clean and equipped with everything you need – you immediately feel at home. The location was ideal for our needs and the surroundings had some excursion destinations. We would like to emphasize the hosts: The few small problems that came up during our stay were responded to within a few minutes and found a solution – it's rare to experience it that easily! We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

Nice spacious home with rooftop deck overlooking Vejer. 4 spacious bedrooms with ensuite. The communal eating area and deck so was perfect for a week with family and friends. W could not recommend Wim's house enough - Vejer de la Frontera is gorgeous, locals very friendly and surrounding beaches not far. House has everything you need and more...

It's a townhouse. It's very good. Very spacious and comfortable, and very well-equipped. Air conditioning and closets in all rooms, which are also spacious. It is conveniently located (you have to walk a little to get to the center, but just a little). I recommend it.

Communication with Jan from the start was excellent. The house is super well located, and it's a wonder that it has air conditioning in every bedroom. Dinners on the terrace one pass. We would definitely do it again!

We live in the adjacent town of Jerez, so we were looking for a place for my parents to stay for a month. They fell in love with the place. As a local's perspective, this place also is in an excellent location, a brief walk to the beach, 5 minute drive from grocery and great restaurants (Carrefour Market, Slice of New York, Narigoni, Taj Mahal, Shamrock, etc), 10 minutes from a mall (El Paseo with larger Carrefour), and 20 from Jerez. With the American naval base nearby, the nearby communities have more young American families, which means more restaurants or bars may know some English or have English menus. Driving in the area is peaceful and fairly straightforward, and parking is available on the street off tourist season (I have no idea if it's difficult to park in the home's area during tourist season). The place is refreshing, quiet and was perfect for my parents. Would recommend to friends and family!

Exactly like the photos, it has everything we needed during our stay, and Mercedes was very helpful, provided local recommendations, and very proactive. Chiclana and the surrounding area is a beautiful place in Spain, a good place as a base for exploring Cadiz, Seville, Tarifa, Vejer, Bologna, etc. There are plenty of supermarkets , restaurants, bars , ice cream shops in the town. Close to the beach (by car) and the mega beach because it's the ocean, so it's wonderful.

Very chic house - photos don’t do it justice. About a 20 minute walk into the main bit of town - some amazing restaurants including El Muro, Vinografica and the San Francisco Mercado. We also visited the lovely beaches where you can surf or horse ride.

We had a nice time at the condo! Everything is very good and Soledad and Fernando are very nice!

Perfect stay in Sanlúcar for a few days with the family. It is very comfortable and cozy, it has everything you need to feel at home and with an excellent location. Highly recommended, we will definitely repeat!
