Hello, we are Sylvain and Neva and “Living Caleta Beach” is the symbolic name of our holiday apartment. We would like you to come and fill it with life while we are not using it. The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

Beautiful and cozy one-bedroom apartment with a huge terrace (40m2) with independent access and fully equipped overlooking the San Marcos Castle. The house is located in the heart of El Puerto de Santa María, 2 minutes from bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from the maritime station that connects with Cádiz. It's a very quiet area, so you won't be bothered during your stay, despite being very close to all the sights. The apartment is great for couples.

Apartment on one of the best beaches in Cádiz, La Victoria beach, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants of all kinds. The street is in a pedestrian area, without noise. Close to downtown Cádiz and on the main avenue right next to the bus stop. A very large terrace where you can have breakfast or tapas at night. Beach access in a minute.

Wonderful apartment, next to the Turuños Natural Park, in the center of the Bay of Cádiz, consists of a bedroom with a 150 bed and a sofa bed, full bathroom and separate kitchen, in a luxury development, beach 100m away. We have increased our strict cleaning and disinfection measures. Pool open from June 20 to September 18. Pets are not allowed.
