New luxurious historic apartment near cathedral

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.

Beautiful and cozy one-bedroom apartment with a huge terrace (40m2) with independent access and fully equipped overlooking the San Marcos Castle. The house is located in the heart of El Puerto de Santa María, 2 minutes from bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from the maritime station that connects with Cádiz. It's a very quiet area, so you won't be bothered during your stay, despite being very close to all the sights. The apartment is great for couples.
