Bright studio steps from beach! No stairs!

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

Charming studio located second line to the ocean,1 minute from Las Vistas beach,3 minutes from Golden Mile and Hard Rock Café. The property has been completely refurbished, is practically new, well equipped and furnished with everything you need for a safe and relaxing holiday. The studio has a modern kitchen, a bright living room, a very comfortable sofa bed and a well ventilated bathroom. The location is perfect, very close to all amenities, behind Vintersol clinique in a quiet area.

New studio in front of Las Vistas beach just two steps from the beach and the Golden Mile of Playa de las Americas ( about 30meters). Completely renovated with modern kitchen fully equipped, TV, unlimited WI-FI , bed of 150x190, sofa-bed of 140x190. Wonderful sunny terrace and beautiful pools. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarke... are at only 30/200 . Reception 24h and tennis. Suitable for adults. Not suitable for kids. Very good location for unforgettable holidays!

The apartment is situated on the third floor without elevator (60 steps , wider and not very steep ).

Charming newly renovated apartment for up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. It has all the basic utensils for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Located in a quiet area, where you will find all the amenities you need within walking distance. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, taxi... By car, you are just 10 minutes from El Duque beach and 5 minutes from the spectacular "Barranco del infierno" (Hell's Ravine) trail.
