Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

La buena vida

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

Ask me for special price! Cozy flat with pool view. Located just 3 minutes from the sea. Close to Las Vistas and Los Tarajales beaches. It has a big swimming pool with free sun lounge. Supermarket open daily and pharmacy 50 mtrs. Only 10 minutes from bus stop and 15 km from Tenerife Sur airport. The flat has a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bedroom, terrace and Wi-Fi. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Nice for two people traveling alone.

Bonito estudio en Las Americas. El complejo tiene piscina al aire libre. Esta muy bien ubicado, a 5 min a pie de la playa y del paseo marítimo. Tiene cocina, lavadora, toallas, sábanas, WiFi y TV. A 1 minuto a pie tienen restaurantes supermercados.

El estudio se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie del paseo marítimo de Las Americas. Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unas exelentes vacaciones. El edificio Eldorado se encuentra en una zona céntrica y muy cómoda debido a su cercanía a los restaurantes, bares, puntos de venta de excursiones, supermercados, zona de ocio, paseo marítimo etc... Las paradas de autobuses y de taxis se encuentran a 50 metros
