Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Beatenberg

We loved Villa Celeste. It was exactly as pictured and the location was easy to access Old Town by bus. It was a lovely, quiet neighborhood and we were glad it was away from hectic tourist areas, but close enough that it wasn’t a hassle to get there.

Claudia ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und war um unser Wohl sehr bemüht. Unkompliziert und schnelle Antwortzeit. Das Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht und hält was es verspricht. Alle Räume, schlicht und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auf Details wird geachtet. Haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr Wohl gefühlt. Mit Bahnstation Planchamp und Fontanivent ist man in 7 Min in Montreux Bahnhof. Merci Claudia

Spending time at Sabrina's is so comforting. It's the second time for us, and it felt lukewarm we never left we found everything we needed, and more. The view from the rooms each morning were cleaning off the fuzzy brains we came with from work. Very well positioned, the location allows reaching all important travel marks, within short drives or walls. Interlaken being 10 mins away, and supermarkets being open for longer hours than usually are in Seitzerland, allows proper refill of the fridge, in case cooking is desired for the family. Kitchen worth mentioning is equipped with performant appliances, and kitchenware completes fully the need one may have; both for small families as well as 6 persons as the max capacity is. Francoise’s place was perfect for us, two friends travelling. Plenty space which meant we both had our own bed- and bathroom and more than enough space in the kitchen and living room. Very clean and had all amenities we could ask for. Lovely big garden space to make use of, too. I have no hesitation recommending Francoise’s house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Christine's apartment was fabulous, modern, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, cosy and had comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it. Just be aware though if you are booking this 6 bed apartment for only 3 or 4 people as we had an issue. We were a party of 2 mothers (in 60's) & 2 sons (in 20's). We were pleased to find this apartment as it had 3 rooms so the mothers could have a room each and sons share twin room. However when we arrived the twin room was locked and unavailable & 2 rooms did not match the listing showing 3. We were very disappointed. Christine did respond quickly and rectified the situation but pointed out she she had provided 4 beds. One mother is an Airbnb host and didn't feel she was very apologetic for the disappointment we had felt. She would have been far more apologetic. However she did not charge us for use of laundry to compensate. we can still thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment.

Die Unterkunft liegt zwar auf dem Land, ist aber immer circa 1 Stunde von Zürich, Luzern, Bern und Basel entfernt. Ideal, um diese Städte zu besuchen und trotzdem auf dem Rand zu relaxen. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr liebevoll und persönlich. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

We had the most wonderful stay here. We always like being just out of the city centre so this was perfect. Tram stops are just a short walk away was super convenient. Grocery store was closeby and free parking was also very much appreciated. Martina left a booklet of house instructions and recommendations for us which was super helpful and covered everything we could imagine. The amenities were terrific. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Sarah è stata incredibilmente gentile e disponibile! Ha sempre risposto tempestivamente e ci ha aiutati in tutte le nostre richieste! L’alloggio è davvero spazioso, nuovo e moderno. Assolutamente consigliato per le famiglie, anche con bimbi molto piccoli. Il bagno è enorme e la cucina fornitissima. In futuro torneremmo molto volentieri.

The location is ideal, conveniently close to Zürich's main station and the bus stop, making it easy to embark on trips. It's also within walking distance of tram stations and surrounded by excellent restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment itself was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. The hosts were supportive as well. All in all good experience.

Parfait pour notre séjour en famille. Le studio n’est pas grand, mais nous n’étions pas là pour rester enfermés. Il y avait tout le nécessaire et même un lit bébé pour notre fille. Simone est très réactive par message et a su nous conseiller. Merci encore!

Schöne & gemütliche Unterkunft. Bequeme Betten. Top ausgestattet (sogar Tischgrill & Fonduegeschirr vorhanden). Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Gondel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Thermalbad (Hotel Nendaz) ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Heinz antwortet schnell auf Fragen & ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt - Vielen Dank!

Superbe séjour passée en Suisse chez Alina qui est très réactive et gentille ! Les photos correspondent bien au logement et les détails envoyés par l’hôte ont été très utiles. De plus Alina avait laissé une petite gourmandise pour Pâques pour notre petit fils ! Je recommande vivement !

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und hätte nicht schönen sein können! Top Lage mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief perfekt. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen und werden wieder kommen.

Excellent spot with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen is well equipped to cook home cooked meal and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Check in was smooth and Gian welcomed us and showed us around. Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Patrizia war hervorragend. Besonders die Kommunikation, die aufgeräumte tadellose Wohnung sowie die beiden grossen und gemütliche Balkone waren super. Die etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Kaffee Maschine, entspricht vielleicht nicht mehr den heutigen Bedürfnissen. ich war jedoch erstaunt wie gut der Kaffee mündete und dies ohne Kapseln. gerne wieder in der Wohnung von Patrizia .

If you travel by car and you wish to go to Zermatt, then to Matterhorn, this is the right place. Beautiful apartment with picturesque view. Only few minutes walk to Tasch Terminal to catch a train to Zermatt (car free town). Great apartment! Wish I could’ve stayed longer than 2 nights. Looking forward to return here. Till next time

Appartamento nuovo , ben arredato e organizzato e pulitissimo sembrava di essere a casa propria. Il paese è piccolissimo, ma fuori casa c'è un negozio con tutto il necessario. Un ringraziamento ai proprietari che abitano di fronte e sono molto disponibili. Bellissima vacanza

Casa a ridosso del centro storico (parcheggio libero a pochi minuti a piedi). Abbiamo apprezzato molto la luminosità e l'ottima organizzazione. Bello trovare tutto quello che occorre quando si desidera vivere la casa, dai prodotti da bagno ai generi essenziali in cucina (olio, sale ecc.). Appezzata anche la precisa e comoda raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. Perfetta per visitare la zona o sciare nei comprensori dei dintorni. Ezio e Katia sono stati estremamente gentili nell'accordarci un orario di check in anticipato.
