New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Quick access from the A10 – exit 28, 3 minutes from the toll. All local amenities within a 5-minute drive (shopping mall, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants...) Refurbished accommodation located in the basement of the house. The ground floor of the house is also available for rent. Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.

Futuroscope Gîte: Les Tomettes/Fontaine d'Aillé

25 m² studio cottage to spend a weekend, a holiday in the countryside, located 5/10 min from the Futuroscope and all amenities. The cottage includes a bathroom and toilet, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave) with a living room, a lounge area and a separate bedroom with a curtain. You will be 15 minutes from Poitiers with its historic district. In Dissay, you can discover the castle and its spa, Lake Saint-Cyr with outdoor activities

Completely refurbished to better accommodate you. There you will find a 160/200 king size bed with a natural bamboo mattress topper. Bath towels not provided. Bed linen, pillows, duvet, toilet paper and soap will be provided. Everything you need is there: microwave, coffee machine, fridge, full HD TV, dishes, cooking utensils. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Futuroscope, and has 1 free parking space. Non-smoking rental and no internet.

Le Nirvana ~ Pretty 2-room with Balcony / 2 min from the park

Great for a stay in Vienna ⛱ Beautiful 2-room apartment at the gates of Futuroscope, just a 2-minute drive and 20-minute walk away. The apartment has a balcony as well as all the necessary equipment for a hassle-free stay, bed linen and towels are also provided in the accommodation upon arrival. Accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children, the sofa bed is too small for 2 adults. Very quiet and secure residence with free parking directly on site.

Our apartment is on the ground floor of an old mill, located by the river. The hamlet is 2 km away at Châtellerault Sud, the motorway exit, just before the Futuroscope. It is a very quiet place, surrounded by greenery and located on the banks of the river. The Vienne department is rich in tourist attractions. The apartment is cosy and has been completely refurbished with lovely features. The owners will be there to welcome guests.
