An independent bedroom with TV as well, bedding in 160, Dressing Room, Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, vacuum cleaner. Balcony for outdoor dining. A 4-star furnished apartment, 42 m2, arranged by an interior designer. The decor is neat in a contemporary "Mountain" spirit. The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Quiet and peaceful place to recharge.We are at the foot of the great Colombier which is now known thanks to the tour of France. For our cycling friends we provide a closed bicycle room. We have 2 cats, they might visit you, but they're good pasta

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
