Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

The accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with kids). EUREXPO is within 30 minutes. Nearby (3 minutes) you will find all the shops you may need.

Family home renovated in 2017. With friends or family, you can simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. For bike lovers, it is possible to take excursions in the largest poplar grove in Europe.

Our cottage "La Montagnette" is a fully equipped, clean and very well located house in the heart of a small mid-mountain village at 430 m altitude in the heart of Chautagne, between lakes and mountains. Guests can enjoy our beautiful sunsets from the large covered terrace with stunning views of the Grand Colombier With Lake Bourget 10 minutes away and all these surrounding mountains, there will be plenty of activities in any season!

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

We offer a small apartment (at the bottom of our house) freshly renovated with a kitchenette, small living room, private bathroom and a nice wooden terrace, flowery. 5-minute walk from the village and ViaRhona, 5 minutes from the port of Virignin, 30 minutes from Chambéry and Aix les Bains and 15 minutes from Lake Bourget.
