The flat is fully equipped, with an open-plan kitchen and living room. Bathroom with shower, washing machine. 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and a wardrobe, 1 with 2 single beds and storage space. In the living room, there is a sofa bed. Sheets, towels are provided. Car garage available on request, balcony, courtyard

Welcome to "the house downstairs" as our daughters call it. This is a ground-floor flat in a townhouse. Recently renovated, it comprises a living room and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. You will have access to a small outdoor area in front of the house, which overlooks the street. The city center is walkable from the property. Belley is a stopover town on the Via Rhona, a cycle path along the banks of the Rhone that you can enjoy on foot or by bike.
