Very close to the sea, on a plot 1,000 metres above sea level, from which you can enjoy nature and stunning views of the Mediterranean through large picture windows. Light and colour. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Located on a quiet street at the highest point in Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360 degrees, with no neighbors next door. The house has everything you need, including everything for the beach. House cleaning done only with organic products! Child-friendly house! We have an outdoor covered dining terrace, sun terrace, open fire, BBQ (local outdoor fire restrictions permitting) & covered outdoor tables by the pool. Relleu village is a 15-minute walk/5-minute drive down the valley, Villa Joyosa is a 25-minute drive.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
