Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alicante

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

The house is great for going for a few days of disconnection, you can breathe a lot of tranquility. It is very clean inside, and well maintained. It has an outdoor area with large BBQ that allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Maybe it takes a bit of kitchenware - utensils for the BBQ, but it is not something that prevents you from doing it without problems. Gareth is a very kind and thoughtful host. Recommended place.

It's been a wonderful stay. The house complies with all amenities. Carlo was always quick to respond to our inquiries. The beach (Cala) is a 17 minute walk where there are routes to do. The gem of the house is the view. Very quiet area. The communal pool you have access to is right in front of the house. Everything was perfect.

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

Exceeded all our expectations! Fantastic property, super clean, tidy with everything you may need. Every detail is thought through - made us feel really welcome, cosy. Never ever stayed at a place before where mattress and pillows would be so comfy! Aaaaand a macadamia shower gel added a touch of luxury:) Thank you! Such an amazing location.. peaceful, lots of space, shops and restaurants only few mins away by car. Private, lots of space and everything that we needed. Photos do not do justice, it's much better:) Our puppy enjoyed running on the grass and our daughter enjoyed the trampoline and the pool most! Carlos was always very responsive, polite and helpful. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!

The house far exceeded our expectations, plenty of space for all the guests, stunning surroundings and great walks in the area recommend by Ana. Ana was very friendly and super responsive, once coming to help us change the gas for the stove within fifteen minutes. An amazing stay, cannot recommend it highly enough. (A car/taxi is needed to arrive at the house)

We had a quiet weekend thanks to Jose's hospitality, he is a great host who is very attentive and has facilitated everything at all times. It's definitely a great place to disconnect and we would love to come back 🤗

The apartment is incredible, the photos are little thing with what is in reality much better in person, very wide the only thing that can be improved the umbrella on the terrace and the alfritrion accommodates at the time of arrival (in our case it was going to be about 3am)

Short but great stay in Alcoy, Iris's apartment is just as seen in the photos. Highlighting the cleanliness of the same (there was not a speck of dust), the location (maybe Alcoy's most central street) and how well soundproof it is. As a negative aspect, what is a sixth without an elevator (although for us that was not a problem). The apartment has what one needs and the decor makes you feel at home, really that is very cozy. If we go to Alcoy we will definitely repeat.

BRILLIANT STAY, stop looking and book this 😊 Lots to highlight about this apartment and the host Agustin. From beginning to end it was faultless. On meeting, Agustin showed us around and explained everything, he really took his time and gave us some really good recommendations for places to visit and where eat. The location was great, easy walking access to the city centre, market and beach front. With one of the tram station just outside the front of the building and lots of bus stops nearby, moving around was so easy and really cheap transport too. The apartment, was really clean and had everything we needed and more. It was 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children) and the apartment was very spacious. We didn’t think we would use the washer and dryer and yet they came so handy. Agustin was really attentive of all of us until the very end and his kindness did not go unnoticed. We were Aart's guests in Benimantell for 4 nights, but definitely wanted to stay there for a week. The location is beautiful, the apartment full of comforts and on colder evenings the pallet stove! An apartment in which you can cook extensively, while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment with its many stairs is very suitable for people going into the mountains, a nice warm-up for your muscles! Aart is a very helpful and communicative host, who had both a bottle of tasty wine and local olive oil ready.

We had a great stay at Manuel’s apartment, the view is fabulous and definitely worth the climb of the stairs. We stayed without a car, we are happy walking and got a taxi back from the larger supermarket the walk to town is about 35 minutes and is a beautiful walk along the promenade. It is definitely worth walking to the bus station and going in to Alicante, it’s just 2 euro 75 and is every hour. The flat had everything that we needed, the coffee pods and beer on arrival were lovely touches. We would definitely return.

Great apartment, very central location. Walking distance to the beach, shops and bars. Stayed for a month in November so we didn’t use the pool however it looked very nice. The road can be a little noisy at times. A very responsive host. Great time spent there.

Rafael’s place is far better than the pictures. Spacious, clean with two bathrooms. And very close to the city centre and the river

Gorgeous boutique villa. We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were peaceful and the villa, gardens and pool were lovely. We hope to return again soon!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Pakatoa – it truly felt like a home away from home. The villa itself is perfect: spacious, spotlessly clean, and surrounded by beautiful gardens that made every morning feel peaceful and special. The pool and outdoor area were our favorite spots to relax. A huge thank you to the agency – they were incredibly helpful, easy to reach, and made everything so smooth for us, we really appreciated it. We also fell in love with a few local places. Chabada on the boulevard became our favorite for morning coffee and relaxed dinners. For something special, Mirador de Jávea at Cap de la Nau offered not only stunning views but also a delicious black paella. And exploring the old town of Jávea and the charming streets of Altea was such a lovely experience – both full of character and beauty. To the owners and the agency: thank you for your warm hospitality and for creating a space where we could truly unwind. 🥰

We had a tremendous stay at Tanya’s. Everything was absolutely immaculate and both the home and the surroundings are pure paradise. Susana, Tanya’s friendly and helpful co-host welcomed us and showed us everything we needed making for a super smooth arrival. Our children rated the place 100 out of 100 and really loved the pool and exploring the incredible tiered back garden. It was very peaceful and tranquil here and we had everything needed for a beautiful break. We wished we could have stayed longer. It felt like pure luxury and is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in.

Wonderful house and great host! Before arriving had details of everything we could need included local recommendations and closest shops etc. It’s a private property that isn’t overlooked or located on a busy road. We were so excited when we arrived and everything was exactly as described: perfect, air-y, open property with lots of space. Absolutely spotless also, really clean and well presented! Host Vincent was very approachable and on hand for anything that we could need, we had a problem with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and within 10 minutes it was being sorted - this was late into the evening too but it wasn’t any trouble at all! Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we all had a perfect break!

A wonderful place to come and visit. Very well equipped to cook at home, great facilities inside and out. Very peaceful, not overlooked. Their mobile app told us everything we needed to know. We were met in person when we arrived and when we left. Really recommend this place for everyone that’s visiting this area.

Fantastic and spotless home. Beautiful outdoor area with amazing views and fresquito. The jacuzzi and pool were very limoios and a joy to be able to enjoy them. Luke is very kind and attentive, while very discreet. Thank you very much, to repeat.

Very nice house, perfectly equipped, great garden and large pool. We were only there for an extended weekend and Vale was always very committed to us and gave good restaurant recommendations! The hot tub is the icing on the cake!

This house is the best choice for your next vacation. It has everything to make you want to just stay a little bit longer…. Or just return another time (I will for sure!) The house is very well equipped and decorated in style. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Beds are fantastic. The outside area amazing with several placed to sit, chill or sunbath. The infinity pool just breathtaking. Also, there is an outside grilling area with kitchen too. The very best is an outside winter garden / patio with the most amazing view overlooking Calpe city.
