Ca la Bahía is a stylishly renovated holiday home with sea views in El Portet, Moraira. With a roof terrace, garden at the front and rear of the house, there is sun from early in the morning until evening. The large communal pool is shared with only 14 houses which are very little occupied. Ca La Bahía was completely renovated in 2021 and tastefully decorated with natural materials and shades where you immediately feel at home. The house is equipped with every comfort and fully equipped.

Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Cozy apartment with a beautiful communal pool and private garden. The pool is available to our guests from June until the end of September. The studio is located in Benissa Costa between the coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe. A Mediterranean covered terrace with garden and BBQ with Gas completes the whole thing. It is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach. A tennis court with sports facilities such as paddle tennis, yoga and Pilates is in the immediate vicinity.

Pivate pool, BBQ and sauna are only for the use of the guests of the apartment. Another half of villa will be empty or occupied by the owner (Valentina). Your privacy is guaranteed. The nearest beach named Advocat is just 7 minutes walking distance away. 3 different restaurants are 5-10 min away by walking.
