Monthly Rentals in Benner Township

This was the perfect place to stay for a Penn State football weekend. So close to campus yet didn't need to deal with the chaos of downtown. The hosts were so wonderful and accommodating and the space was spotless and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

The other stellar reviews live up to the hype. Our family had a great time at the Henry House. The space does seem bigger in person than in the pictures. It was evident that a lot of thought and care were put into making this space welcoming to visitors. Labels on the remotes, and messages about plugs and Wi-Fi were definitely appreciated. The mini fridge worked well and was stocked with complimentary waters and iced coffee. Our kids loved the projection screen, air hockey, and giant gum ball machine. It had a comfortable and clean vibe that made our trip that much more special.

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Abode! The place was very cozy and perfect for smaller sized groups! It's very affordable, especially with it's close proximity to State College, and was very clean!

Can't say enough good things about our stay here. The house is beautiful and in a great location for either State College or Bellefonte activities. The hosts did a fantastic job making us feel welcome and right at home. The only regret we had was that it was too cold to enjoy the deck or patio outside. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the State College area. We are already talking about coming back when the weather is better.
