The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

The apartment has two rooms , bedroom and common room with kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, it is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. It is centrally located in the center of Remseck district of Aldingen. Bus lines to the residence city of Ludwigsburg or the light rail to Stuttgart can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The apartment does not have a parking space.

(2 stops PH Ludwigsburg and 27 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station). Living and bedroom are bright and spacious and are currently still furnished. In addition, the kitchen is under construction and will be complete by the end of 2025. The entrance is separate into a small hallway or wardrobe.
