This cozy 400sqft space is the middle cottage of the 'Art' Studio. It has everything you need to enjoy a weekend get away. Saluda River Farms is an 8 acre farm on the Saluda River. Bring your Kayaks to enjoy a relaxing trip up the river or ride your bike on the beautiful back country roads. We are located 7 miles from DT Greenville and only 20 minutes from nature hikes and quaint little country towns. You can also relax on the farm - we have 3 goats and 8 chickens. Pets are always welcome.

Cute freshly renovated 2 bedroom 870 sq ft mobile home in the center of Sans Souci and 5 min drive from downtown Greenville with the best coffee shop in town right next door (Daydrinkers). City bikes included that you can ride to the Swamp Rabbit trail. Also next door to a bicycle shop that hosts several rides a week. Main room has king bed with super comfy memory foam mattress and guest room has trundle bed with two twin mattress’s that can convert into king size. Coffee and snacks provided.

It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
