The ancient, former agricultural building is located in the popular 5-Lakes region. The family-friendly apartment has grown into the space between the fir beams under the roof, with an unobstructed view all around. It offers a living area with a kitchen, a seating area, a wood-burning stove, a sofa suite and a roof loggia, a very low (1.75 m) roof pitch and an unheated playroom in the barn. There are very good places to eat and shop in the village, and there are public transport services every 20 minutes to the Voralpenland or every 60 minutes to the centre of Munich.

Our accommodation is quietly located in the residential area near the forest (3 min) and close to the lake (10 min.). Everything is available in the village. And within walking distance. Beautiful excursions to the mountains, to the lake and to Munich. Wonderful resort. The palace park and beach can be reached in just 10 minutes. Beer gardens and restaurants are easily accessible without a car.

A wooden veranda is visible at the entrance, adorned with greenery and plants. Two metal chairs and a small table are positioned outside, inviting guests to enjoy the outdoor space. The door leads into a well-lit interior, framed by wooden beams.
