Our vacation bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet property on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of floor plan and amenities and meet above-average standards. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

Our vacation home is located in Berlin-Gatow and is opposite Villa Lemm. Quiet in the countryside, just a few meters away from the water and yet you are in the center in 25 minutes - whether by car or public transport. The perfect place to relax after an exciting day in the capital. On the other hand, a true dog paradise with lots of nature for long walks, for paddling and bike tours on the Havel or the Havel bike path. In addition, there are bathing spots and playgrounds.

Quiet big city oasis by the lake with private terrace

This cozy apartment is located in the basement of a brick villa by the lake and has its own entrance with its own beautiful, sunny, enclosed terrace. For swimming, you can go directly from the garden door to the forest and lake, eternal terrain for bikers and athletes. The apartment is conveniently located near the Avus. The 2 most important S-Bahn lines S1 and S7 are within 5 minutes' walk. There is a bedroom with bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and a sofa bed in the living room.

Studio 2 (up to 3 guests) with a separate bedroom with an extremely comfortable double bed (200 x 200), kitchen-living room with sofa corner and dining area and a bathroom with large shower is located on the first floor of a renovated house next to Studio 1 on a 1,300 sqm lake property with a large garden with fruit trees, meadow and a jetty. A rowboat is available. If you want to bring your own boat, you can use a berth at the jetty free of charge.

Our vacation bungalow B2 is located with another bungalow (B1) on a large property on the banks of the Müggelspree. It is comfortably equipped and offers many possibilities for relaxation and sports activities. Parking is ample. Bikes and paddle boats are free to use. The charming surroundings and the exciting city of Berlin invite you to explore. The location is in a recreational area and therefore guarantees plenty of rest and relaxation.

Lakeside home with playground, fireplace & hot tub

Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

Cozy room near the river Havel

This cozy room is on the 2nd floor of a house in the immediate vicinity of the Havel. The room has a 1.60 m bed made of solid wood with a high-quality, ergonomic mattress. You have a small table with tea and coffee utensils in the room. The house has a sun-drenched terrace and a natural garden and is very quiet. Aprox. 2 minutes' walk away is a lawn and the Havel River. In 3 minutes you will be at a bus stop.

Groß Glienicke is located in The vacation rental is located at the end of the village of Groß Glienicke and is about 3 minutes walk from the forest and 5 minutes from Sacrower Lake. The apartment itself is new and was prepared with a lot of love for detail. Located on the first floor facing south/west. On the south side is a 5 m long balcony, with a beautiful view of the treetops.

"It's so cozy" - say many guests. "You sit comfortably and can look at the water for hours and enjoy the peace and quiet." The houseboat is very spacious and comfortably equipped. Fireplace in winter, stargazing on the roof terrace in summer. Relax in the rocking chair or write a book in peace? Everything is possible. Enough space for 2 to 4 people to have a wonderful time.

The very quiet attic apartment is ideally located between good city connections (25 min. by U-Bahn) and a few steps to the forest and lake area. 2 cozy rooms with views of the countryside, kitchen and bathroom (with shower/tub) make the stay in our house very comfortable.
