You live in a spacious house surrounded by greenery. Sometimes it's wonderfully quiet, sometimes a lively little community develops: besides me and a cat belonging to a permanent roommate, there can be up to 3 other guests here. The kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, garden and terrace are shared. What will your visit be like? Surprise! :)

The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small boat harbor and 1000 m² park-like garden. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool. There is also a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby playpen.

This is a single-family house with an absolutely private atmosphere. The house is up to date and modernly equipped (built in 2019) as well as CO2-NEUTRAL through photovoltaic system and heat pump. The room is located in a city villa, about 10 kilometers from the city center. With the S-Bahn (line S2 , S8 or S26) or the bus (line 150, 154 or 158) you are in about 25 minutes in the city center. I rent a room with a double bed, as well as a separate bathroom. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and you can, after enjoying the hectic city life, relax in my garden.Two bicycles are after reservation at your disposal

Welcome to our restored 1930s house! We welcome overnight guests who would like to enjoy our large garden and heated pool (during the summer months). The house and garden are not available for parties. We rent out a room with a bathroom and are happy to offer all other facilities to our overnight guests: barbecue, pool, kitchen, etc. We look forward to seeing you!
