My place is in the middle of nature and close to everything. Hiking, cross country skiing and mountain-biking start from the houses door. Siegsdorf city for daily shopping is 5 min drive. Next little lake for a swim is found in 10km and Chiemsee beach in a 20min drive. Ideal for relxed winter sport activities. Ski lifts, ice skating at Ruhpolding, Inzell, Berchtesgaden , Reit im Winkel and more are found in 6-35km. In spring, summer and autumn You can enjoy hiking at its best.

Enjoy beautiful days in the Kaiserhaus with garden & wonderful views of the mountains. A 200-year-old wooden house was demolished nearby and rebuilt next to my house. The new (old) wooden house was restored very ecologically and to the latest standards. The Kaiser lounge was almost only lined with old & new wood - you can still see the old craftsmanship. Nevertheless, modern features such as a projector and Alexa voice control are also installed. Parking is available.

In only 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Höglwörth lake and the former Augustinian canons' monastery via a small hill. Welcome to Homerhof in Rottau! Our house can accommodate 5 guest rooms with breakfast located on the 1st and 2nd floor and are therefore unfortunately not barrier-free. There is no smoking in the house. On the ground floor is the breakfast room where breakfast is served as a buffet. All rooms have a balcony, otherwise you can relax wonderfully in our garden because we are very quiet.
