Vom Südbalkon habt Ihr direkten Blick auf die Chiemgauer Alpen, dem Chiemsee und auf die Fraueninsel. Der See und Badeplatz sind 20 Meter entfernt.

Die Unterkunft eignet sich ideal für bis zu 4 Erwachsene oder Familien mit Kindern, die die zahlreichen und nahen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten am Chiemsee nutzen wollen. Die Unterkunft bietet eine Küche, Terrasse und Sitzmöglichkeiten auch im freien. Das Studio ist über eine private Außentreppe erreichbar.

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The apartment is perfectly connected by the neighboring train station and the A8 Autobahn.

The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.
