Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Die Vorteile der Wohnung sind die ruhige Lage bei gleichzeitiger Zentrums- und Bahnhofnähe (10 Gehmin.), der grosszügige Wohnraum, 1 privater Parkplatz + öffentlichen Parkplätzen vor der Tür und die Nähe zur Natur mit dem Landesgartenschaugelände.

Hier gibt es alles was ihr braucht: Doppelbett (1,40 x 2,00 m), Kochnische mit Herd/Ofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC Der Außenaufgang ist groß genug, so dass ihr ihn auch als kleinen Balkon nutzen könnt oder ihr geht einfach in den großen Garten, der allen Gästen und mir zur Verfügung steht.

Über wundervolle Rad- und Wanderwege könnt ihr den Chiemsee, die Berge und das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet in der Nähe erkunden. Gute Bus- und Bahnverbindungen. Unweit von Salzburg und München! Shopping facilities as well as gastronomy are in the immediate neighborhood. The Chiemsee and numerous leisure opportunities are only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is perfectly connected by the neighboring train station and the A8 Autobahn.

The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.
