Bella Vista Premium Apartment

The apartment is located directly on the Moselle overlooking the castle. Bicycle paths lead directly past the apartment. In the immediate vicinity there is a playground, mini golf, bakery and nearby an entry point for paddle boats or canoes. Dogs are welcome with us. We charge €5 per day and a final cleaning fee of €40. You can take your dog for a walk along the Moselle directly from the apartment. Also for golfers, there is the 9-hole golf course Hahn nearby. Approximately 30 km away.

Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Atelier apartment in Bernkastel-Kues for up to 2 people plus small sleeping facilities for another person. Located above the Moselle on the Kueser side, this cozy apartment is about 40 square meters. The apartment offers a living sleeping area. In addition, the apartment has a shower, separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. A large private terrace overlooking the vineyards and the Lahnstein castle ruin as well as the beautifully designed garden complements this accommodation.

This special place has its own style. It is a one-room apartment with a very comfortable king size bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, bathroom with shower/toilet, as well as kitchen/dining area. All on 23 sqm. Around it is a large colorful garden with old apple trees. Among them are only meadows with large trees to the river bank. The bike path is directly on the property. The property is protected from view from the bike path by a dense hedge. Parking space for 1 vehicle directly below the hedge.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults.
