The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located near the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monument ensemble with main house, the more recent vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in 8.5 years of construction and mainly in own work according to ecological and traditional criteria.

Entire house and big garden for max 9 people!

The house consists of two separate apartments (89m2 +155m2) on three floors that can be connected. Particularly suitable for two families/couples. The yard area (500 m2) has furniture and an open fire for barbecue, as well as a creek. The house has 4 bedrooms and one sofa bed for one lounge. There is also a terrace at the top. The house is completely renovated inside and all furnishings, appliances, TV, towels, sheets are new. Free parking in the yard for 3 cars. Wifi.
