Holiday rentals with a patio in Besozzo

The apartment is great, very clean and pleasantly quiet. The proximity to Arona is ideal, both for excursions and for recreation. I can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay in Milan! The apartment was everything I could have hoped for and more. The location was perfect—close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful and quiet in the evenings. The space itself was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Communication was seamless, and they made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful city!

We had a wonderful time at Maria Luisa's place. The apartment had everything we needed, and the setting was absolutely stunning. The open kitchen was perfect for rustling up a quick dinner while staying part of the conversation. Although the view was hidden by fog at first, it cleared to reveal the full beauty of Lago Maggiore - an unforgettable sight! Maria Luisa was very helpful and responsive, making our family break even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay!

Thi Tu's place is very well located with magnificent lake views. The view is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The accommodation is faithful to the description, nothing to repeat. It was very easy to communicate with thi Tu. She's a thoughtful host. Thanks for the stay.

We don’t have words to describe our stay here. This was everything we needed and more. The apartment was pristine with everything you need. The host was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. She left us a welcome gift which we enjoyed! She even called us taxis when we were less confident talking on the phone. The instructions to find the apartment, check in and out were so clear in some videos. Everything was so easy and felt like nothing was too much trouble. The views of the lake are out of this world and we spent one of our days just sitting on the terrace! We had some problems with flights and asked if we could arrive early. We were lucky as there was availability but again nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be coming back and staying here again. It was simply fabulous. Thank you - what a host!! ♥️

Great host let us to check in earlier. The flat was 10 meters to city center. Everything was perfect the flat was very clean and stylish. Best stay at Argegno will diffently come back when visiting Argegno. Best reccomendations from our side

The apartment is quietly located and has very good amenities. There are many towns worth seeing easily accessible. We had a lovely holiday.

We very much liked the house and its surroundings. Perfect for those looking to discover the area of Lago di Como. Very close to Varenna and with an amazing view of the mountains. A place to come back to!

The place was as described and there was everything you need for a stay.

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

Great place, very clean and with everything you need. Very careful in the smallest of details. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday but then comfortable time to visit Lake Como!!

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

We had a lovely stay despite the rain. The house is functional and well equipped. The fireplace embellished and warmed our evenings. Our girls enjoyed the mini pool table.

Tastefully decorated, clean apartment with great garden on the terrace. Very friendly, easy to reach, flexible landlady. Walking distance to the lake, the line boat stop, supermarket, pedestrian zone, restaurants and Villa Taranto botanical garden.

Our stay at Enzo and Maddie's place was perfect! The location is ideal for shining in the different places to visit on Lake Como. Proximity to Bellagio is a big plus. The apartment is cozy and very clean with all the necessities at your disposal. Enzo and Maddie are very responsive hosts and communication was very quick and easy whenever we needed it. We recommend it!

Where do we start?!! The home was absolutely beautiful, well appointed and comfortable. We were two couples and each had our own private bedroom and bathroom. We slept so well in the cozy beds and bedding. The closet space was vast and every room has a spectacular view of Lake Como. Nicholas was the perfect host, a British gentleman. The steps to the house are not for the faint of heart but Nicholas was there upon arrival and helped us with our luggage, showing us the ins and outs of the home. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of prosecco and many suggestions of places to see and restaurants to dine at. We were not disappointed with any part of our visit to Villa Giovannina and would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.

We came to Lugano after 5 wonderful days on Lake Como. The ONLY thing that made this stay not quite as spectacular was the inclement weather. It was mostly cloudy, and rained off an on for all 5 of our days 🙁 However, the apartment has plenty of room for a couple, and the views from the balcony and living room are quite spectacular! The City Centre and the Old Town are a short walk downhill from the apartment. It’s a wonderful location. Great pedestrian walk all around the Lake. Plenty to do there in Lugano. Lake views are just as spectacular as Lake Como. We never used our rental car while we stayed at the apartment. There is plenty of mass transit and ferry service to get one around. Overall we enjoyed the spectacular views of the Lake and mountains. Nicely appointed apartment with everything one would need 👍🏽

We met Andrea and his lovely wife during our check in and departure. They were very accommodating as we booked an hour before arrival! We were given excellent recommendations for local restaurants and the food was delicious! The city center of Stresa is a beautiful town…we happened to be there for the Stresa FireDept Fair!

Marisa and Antonello are charming and caring hosts. Communication with them was very easy and above all they were very responsive when we had an issue with our rental car. Thank you again, thank you very much. The apartment deserves its 5 stars without any problem. Very clean and nothing is missing. Quiet residence and smooth street parking. The location is in a great location to visit Milan and the lake area. We'll come back if we have a chance.

Great vacation at Alessio's, we were delighted with the welcome , communication , availability and kindness of Alessio.. the apartment is great, quiet and well located between Como and Belaggio , bus stop nearby , dock not far but you have to go down and up the 300 stairs 😊 In short: great holiday in Como lake..

Ideal location if you plan to use the train and metro. The space is small but well equipped with what you need for a short stay. I'd stay again in the future.
