Frédéric is a responsive and available host. The house is well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is very well located in Labenne Océan (beach and shops on foot). The stay went very well for my mom who was coming to visit us.

Cute and very enjoyable accommodation. Very peaceful and quiet place. My first reflection when I saw the little wooden house I immediately said to myself "it's the little house on the meadow" 😁I really liked it. And if I go back to Mimizan, I'll go back.

A very pleasant villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a cozy and well-appointed pool area (even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully planted, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when there are many people! A large living room and good-sized bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our booking choice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime. 😊

Amazing experience. Christopher was always available for our questions and super accommodating when possible. The access is simple while reserving a remote and peaceful setting. The house offers very great comfort with a super well equipped kitchen and an ultra nice exterior. Everything was fine and we had a great time, in the end way too short. Our small dogs were delighted to be able to enjoy a beautiful enclosed exterior. The outdoor dining area with the barbecue is sheltered while offering a beautiful space. The pool was accessible although cool because in April. In short, we now know where to come back to spend a quiet time to recharge with maximum comfort! We felt right at home. Everything was very clean and tidy. Completely equipped, we didn't need anything. The area is very quiet and well connected. The place is very cozy. For two or even three people it's perfect. There are two free parkings with several squares next to the house. The beach is a couple minutes walk away. Stéphane has been very friendly from the first moment. Even if we didn't speak the same language, we understood each other well. He is very friendly and attentive. He left us a welcome touch, which is highly valued. If we come back to the area in the future, we're clear on where to stay.

We had a great time at Katherine's place. The house matches the description perfectly and is perfectly equipped, you will find everything you need there for sure. Very well renovated, it is impeccably clean. And the bakery right next door is great! It's a very nice little extra for good breakfasts. The only regret we have is not being able to stay longer, but we will be happy to come back! Thank you Katherine for hosting us!

This stay at Frédérique's was lovely. The house is really very comfortable, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and with lots of ideas. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the thalassotherapy center and not needing a vehicle to go for beautiful walks. And above all, Frédérique and Jean François are very welcoming and friendly. We thank them warmly.

Very nice address. The accommodation is impeccable,clean, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Close to shops, 5min drive from the beach. Great location. Virginia is a pleasant and available host. The big plus of this rental are the bikes available. I would recommend this rental.
