This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Whether you are rather summer vacation, out of season, La Maison de la Plage will be able to charm you thanks to its wood-fired stock tank, unique in Mimizan. In a quiet location and a few minutes' walk from the ocean, we offer a detached house with 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. Completely refurbished, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. The house is fully air-conditioned. Pool or hot tub rental is possible for an additional fee. Please note the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.

Sweet & Cosy -bikes-spa-swimming pool -Mimizan 2*

We are located at 1,5 km from the beach, you can ride with our bikes we can lend to you. The house is in a quiet and residential area near pinewood. We are in border of the cycle path, in front of the tennis club. Your studio is fully equipped with all confort. On option the spa and swimming pool are accessible.
