The loft studio is located on the mezzanine floor of a Renaissance palace in the heart of Biberach's historic old town in the immediate vicinity of the market place. The open-plan concept includes a living and sleeping area as well as a small kitchen with a dining area overlooking the quiet, green backyard. A modern daylight bathroom with walk-in shower blends into the old building with industrial elegance. A cozy seating area with a mid-century couch and armchairs invites you to linger and read. The spacious double bed offers enough space for 2 people to sleep in. An expansive mural by British-Swiss artist Clare Kenny gives the room an additional individual touch. The fenced front garden of the house can also be used.

The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The cottage is located on the Christophorus campsite, surrounded by three beautiful natural lakes on the edge of the Allgäu. From here, you can reach countless destinations, whether amusement parks, cultural attractions or city breaks, or whether you want to go hiking, skiing or cycling.
